●About reservations during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer periods/Rental for the periods of 12/30-1/3, 4/29-5/6, and 8/11-8/16. ・If you wish to return the product, you can only make a reservation if you will be using the product for 5 days or more.

In the case of dispatch outside the store, it will be 3,300 yen (tax included) in the suburbs of Sapporo city. Other areas will be quoted separately. In the case of delivery at the store, the delivery fee is free. In addition, parking is free for up to 1 car when delivering at the store.
If you go past the scheduled return time, an extension fee of 3,000 yen (tax included) will be charged for each hour. In addition, if the next customer has a reservation, we cannot extend it, so please leave as much time as possible.
●To prevent freezing, water supply equipment will be out of service from November 1st to April 30th.
●Smoking is not allowed inside the car.
●Pets are not allowed on board.
●When returning the vehicle, please return it with a full tank of fuel at a stand within 3km from the return location. Also, please take your trash home with you.
