- For bookings during New Year’s, Golden Week, and Summer Holidays — reservations are only available for rentals of 5 days or more during the following periods: 'Dec 30 - Jan 3', 'Apr 29 - May 6', 'Aug 11 - Aug 16'.

Pickup at the store is free. One vehicle can be parked free of charge at the store during pickup.
Please return with enough time as extensions may not be possible if there is a reservation after yours.
- To prevent freezing, water facilities are not available from November 1 to April 30.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.
- Pets are not allowed on board.
- At the time of return, please refuel the vehicle at a gas station within 3km of the return location. Please also take your garbage with you.
